The Presidential Range Riders were founded in 1972 by some local snowmobilers - Howard Lowell, Bud Leavitt, Macky Fiske and Tim Boutin to name a few. In the early days the club was more of a social club but still had plenty of work to do.

Today our club, like many others, is more like a business with thousands of dollars of grooming equipment, fuel bills and costly insurance. Then their are the grant in aid forms, grooming contracts, land owner permission forms and piles of other paper work to try and keep track of.

We meet every 2nd Tuesday of each month from October - March at our club house off of Mill Street behind Libby pool at 7:00pm.
